Polydrive works exclusively with high quality industrial grade castable polyurethanes. Our time and field tested formulations cover a hardness (Durometer) range from 15A to 60D.

For customers who have an application where they need to determine an appropriate system and formulation for a polyurethane component, we start the selection process by identifying its function and its physical operating environment. The environmental conditions for the application determine the selection of the appropriate polyurethane system, which is usually a polyether or polyester based polymer. The evaluation of the component’s function leads to a range of physical properties, including Durometer, from which to choose.

The next step is to produce prototypes using some of the recommended formulas. Through careful testing of the prototypes our customers are then able to specify the appropriate formulation for their particular application.
